I noticed this black phoebe on its nest while I was visiting a local park. The nest is located on a light fixture on the front of the restroom building. I stayed far enough away (and used my zoom lens) so that I wouldn’t disturb it. But a group of kids came over to use the restroom and the bird flew to a nearby trash can rim. After the kids left, it went back to the nest. I hope the bird doesn’t get stressed out by people coming in and out of the restroom all day. Good spot for a nest otherwise. Seen 4/27/18.
