Mini-Grants for Latin American and Caribbean Groups and Organizations
The Cornell Lab of Ornithology cordially invites organizations and groups in Latin America or the Caribbean Islands to apply for mini-grants to support educational activities in their communities. We are especially interested in supporting organizations and groups that work with low-income, or underserved communities. Currently, we are not accepting mini-grant applications.
Educational and Outreach Intiatives for Latin America & the Caribbean usually offer four different types of mini-grants for:
- Events: festivals, community events or series of activities organized and facilitated by your organization or group
- Binoculars: provide funding for binoculars to be used in educational activities and birding in your community
- Partner-Led Workshops: workshops facilitated by you after training by our staff & using extensively our materials and resources
- Lab-Led Workshops: workshops in your community facilitated by Cornell Lab of Ornithology staff
