My neighbors called me to ask if I could come right over to see something. “Go ahead and lift up the lid” Margo said. Much to my surprise and shock, a European Starling had made a rather complex nest inside the barbecue grill. The nest material was made of discarded decorative ornamental grass blades. Brilliant if you ask me!
