Description

Small wooden utility shelf by the house entrance in the garage. Top pic is the start of the nest–I thought it was just some junk my kids put there. Second image is about a week later when it was finished! She never laid eggs there–I think the closed garage door made it too inconvenient.
The Carolina Wrens have also built a nest on the garage door motor assembly, and on a bookshelf in the garage!
